Long-Term Self-Exclusion Options

Players may choose to block themselves from gambling services on the official SpinBetter platform for predefined periods:

  • 1 year
  • 3 years
  • 5 years
  • 10 years
  • Lifetime (permanent exclusion)

Once a self-exclusion period is activated, it cannot be reversed until the term has fully expired.

How to Request Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion can be requested through:

  • Tools available on the official platform (when accessible), or
  • A written request sent to [email protected]

For manual processing, the player must provide a valid identity document (passport or ID card). The exclusion will begin once the player’s identity has been confirmed.

What Happens During Self-Exclusion

After self-exclusion has been enforced on the official platform:

  • The player’s account will remain locked for the entire duration of the block.
  • The player will be unable to log in, deposit, withdraw, place bets, or access any gambling features on the official platform.
  • All marketing messages will be stopped, and the player’s information will be removed from promotional lists.
  • Any attempt to bypass the block — such as creating additional accounts on the official platform — may be considered a violation of the Terms and may result in restrictions applied by the platform.

Requests to shorten or cancel a self-exclusion period are not accepted. The chosen duration is final and cannot be changed. When a fixed-term exclusion ends (excluding lifetime bans), the player may request reactivation through the official platform’s customer support. Reactivation may be granted only after an internal review to ensure compliance with responsible gaming practices.
